Makes: 15
Ingredients:
1 cup Oats
3/4 cup Green Moong Sprouts
1/4 cup Carrot(grated)
1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
2 Green Chilly
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
1 Tbsp Curd
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder(amchur)
1 tsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Water( to make a green moong paste)
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Soak Green Moong Dal for 4-6 hours or overnight I usually keep more than 24 hours so that it gets nice sprouts.
2.Make Paste of sprouts using little Water.Keep it in a mixing bowl.
3.Dry Roast the oats till nice aroma comes and colour turns slight brown.
4.Make a powder of oats and Put in a same mixing bowl.
5.Now Take all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl and combine well.
6.Take equal portions and make lemon sized balls and slightly press it to make tikkis.
7.Heat oil in wide non stick pan in sim and cook covered till the tikkis turn brown both sides. (approx 10 min)

Always in search of recipies to include sprouts in their daily diet n gave a try to oats n sprouts recipe which they njoyed without a single complaint. Now ur recipe took place in my kids snacks menu. Thankx for sharing the recipe
