

Ingredients:
4 Tomato (roughly chopped)
3-4 green chilly chopped (3 will be medium spice)
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
To temper:
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
6-7 curry leaves
pinch of asafeotida /hing
1 tsp oil
Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato ,green chilly and saute till raw smell of tomato goes.
2.Once mixture cools or keep bowl under running water to cool down.
3.Make a paste of above mixture and salt using chutney grinder.keep aside.
3.Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when it splutters add curry leaves, asafeotida and saute till the curry leaves becomes slightly crisp.
4.Pour the tempering over the chutney and serve with dosa/idly.
