
Today I served with tomato chutney. I must say it was tasty combination.

Makes: 14 medium dosa
Ingredients:
1 cup green moong
1/4 cup rice
1 green chilly
1/2 tsp ginger grated
1/4 cup corinader leaves chopped
1/4 cup onion chopped finely
pinch of hing/asafoetida
salt to taste
Method:
1.Soak green gram overnight. Drain the water next day ( I keep drained one till next day since I like to use sprouted ones)
2.Soak the rice for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
3.Grind all the ingredients together except onion to smooth paste by adding water as required.

4.Mix the finely chopped onion to the batter. Batter will be of medium consistency neither runny nor very thick.
5.Heat the tawa. when it is hot drizzle oil .
6.Pour the laddle full batter on the tawa and spread using back side of same spoon.
7.Drizzle some oil on side and top. Dosa will come of clean.(since i used non stick tawa i did not use oil)
8.When edges becomes brown flip and cook on other side till it is crisp and brown.

9.Serve with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
