Pomegranate Ice Cream is easy no churn no cook method where pomegranate juice is whipped with cream and sugar and freezed. Pomegranate gives its unique flavour to ice cream and its just delicious.
First of all I wish everyone a happy happy New Year. These days I am bit occupied with sister wedding arrangements and hence not so regular in blogging.Most of the days starts with shopping ,work and shopping again ;) .Today I was feeling like doing something different and easy recipe and ended up making this delicious pomegranate ice cream. I love ice creams in any time of year. Beleive me, its easy to prepare and yummy to eat.I just enjoyed it and my hubby loved too..

Serves: 3
Ingredients:
1 cup Pomegranate arils
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
1/2 cup Icing Sugar/Powdered Sugar
200 ml Whipping Cream(approx 1 cup)
Method:
1. In a blender juice the pomegranate arils with lime juice. Strain the mixture. It will give around 1/2 cup juice.
2. Now add Sugar to juice and whisk it.
3. Now add the cream to it and whip until it forms peaks.
4. Now put this mixture into freezer safe air tight container and allow it to freeze for at least 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
5. Garnish with Pomegranate arils while serving.
