Lemony Sabudana recipe | How to make Sabudana (pearl tapioca) Kichdi (no potato)

Lemony Sabudana recipe (Sabudana Kichdi)

Spicy, tangy Sabudana is prepared by tempering soaked Sabudana with mustard and other ingredients and flavored with lemon. This is very similar to south Indian lemon rice.

I had it first time from friend lunch box and I really liked it. I wanted to make it from long time. Finally I made it this weekend for evening snacks. I was very excited to click it more than eating :-). That's because it is my first DSLR shoot. (Though I don't own it, It's my lovely sis cam:)) Wow such an amazing experience. Very thrilled. Thoroughly enjoyed clicking it. Dreaming of owning one soon :)
Coming to taste of the dish, my husband liked it and happily ate it. That makes my day :-).
It was a very happy weekend for me :) I am sure you will like this dish too...
