This is very simple yet healthy and nutritious one pot meal made from broken wheat which is nothing but dalia in hindi.
During 9 months of pregnancy I ate only healthy foods( so many fruits, vegetables, less salt food etc) I thoght I can eat all junk after delivering a baby :). But again it is only healthy foods for many reasons. Some friends suggested to have dalia as it is very good for health after delivering a baby. It is very good food to have during any illness.
Even though I wanted to include broken wheat to my diet from long time,I always thought it will be boring food. But now I had no choice..But to my surprise ,trust me I really liked it.Finally broken wheat has made an entry in my recipes :).
You can easily replace rice in your diet with dalia and happily eat (for those diet conscious people :)).You can add vegetables of your choice to it.You can eat this as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very easy and quick one pot meal. This is my regular meal from past 4 months :). Who doesn't love healthy and tasty food.Lets do it ..
