Some days I feel finally its a winter and next day I feel its like summer.Whether it is summer or winter, I always love to have butter milk after a meal, that too specially after some spicy meal.It gives such a cooling effect to tummy ,as well helps in digestion.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Yogurt/Curd
2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
8-10 Mint Leaves
1 Green Chilly
1 Tbsp grated Ginger
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
3/4 tsp Black Salt
Salt to taste
Ice Cubes as required

Spiced ButterMilk gives gives wonderful flavour to plain buttermilk.You can easily have more than one glass.This is perfect drink for summer.For me it is must drink after my spicy chicken meals :).

1 Cup Yogurt/Curd
2 Cup Water

1.Blend Together to make a fine paste of Coriander Leaves,Mint Leaves,Green Chilly and Ginger.
2.Now add all other ingredients and blend everything together.
3.Pour into glasses and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
4.Serve Chilled.
Note:
1.You can Increase / Decrease the amount of any ingredients as per your taste.
2.Adjust the water according to desired consistency of buttermilk.
3.You can directly use 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds instead of cumin powder.
