Usually for Breakfast we have Dosa or Idly or Upma or Poha and so on .But When I have very less time,this smoothie breakfast saves me :).If there are any one like me who wakes up late and then in hurry ,yet want to have yummy breakfast,then this smoothie breakfast is a must try .

Breakfast Smoothie made with Papaya,Oats & Milk and topped with nuts and fruits
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1.5 Cup Papaya
1/2 - 3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oats
1 Tbsp Sugar[Optional]
Directions:
1.Cook the Oats with Milk for about 2-3 Minutes.Allow it to cool down.
2.In a blender add all the ingredients along with Oats and blend it until smooth.
3.Pour the smoothie into bowl and top with fruit and nuts.
Note:
1.Adjust the milk quantity as per your desired consistency.
2.Ingredients can be varied according to your taste.
3.You can add in fruits of your choice like Banana along with Papaya.Avoid Citrus Fruits.
