My daughter is keeping me so busy these days. I wonder from where these toddlers get energy. I feel my energy is drained running behind her :). I used to end up eating some junk at times to keep me full.
From long time I was looking for some healthy snack to munch in which will give some energy. I found many energy bars recipe online which were really great.I wanted to make it with less ingredients and in less time. So I came with this recipe and it is very quick to make and yummy to eat.

Yileds: 10 Bars
Ingredients:
1 Cup Dates deseeded
1.25 Cup Oats
Hot water [as required]
1/4 Cup mix of Nuts [Almonds,Cashews,Walnuts,Pistachios] [Optional]

Healthy Oats and Dates Energy Bars Recipe | How To Make 2 ingredient Healthy Energy Bars

These are healthy 2 ingredient energy bars made with Oats and Dates.
Yileds: 10 Bars
Ingredients:
1 Cup Dates deseeded
1.25 Cup Oats
Hot water [as required]
1/4 Cup mix of Nuts [Almonds,Cashews,Walnuts,Pistachios] [Optional]
Directions:
1.Grind the Dates in a food processor till it forms a sticky dough like consistency. Add a very little of hot water if required.
2.Dry roast the oats until slightly golden brown.
3.In mixing bowl add together Dates,Oats and Nuts and mix well.
4.Once mixed, Transfer to square pan lined with parchment paper.
5.Sprinkle some nuts on top and Press down firmly to make it flat.
6.Cover with parchment paper and let it get firm in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
7.Remove and cut into bars and store in air tight container and refrigerate.
