During my childhood, we used to get fresh cow/buffalo milk every day and Mom used to make curd and buttermilk out of it, and every day she used to churn the buttermilk to separate butter. But I don't do every day as I don't get so much butter with the packet milk we get. I was never collecting cream after boiling milk as well. I used to be lazy but after my daughter is born, and when my mom came to help me, from then she started doing that. and I got a hook into it and it continued...
It's easy to make at home. Let's do it :)

Butter is nothing but fat content from milk or cream.
Serves : 200 gm
Ingredients:
500 ml Cream (35% or More Fat)
Directions:
1.Put the cream inside a mixing jar and turn on.
2.Continue mixing it. First you will get a smooth texture and then thick butter getting separated from buttermilk.
3.When the butter starts floating at the top, turn off and collect the butter.
4.Liquid that remains is buttermilk which you can use for baking or any other recipe which calls buttermilk.
5.Squeeze the butter in your hands and slowly run in ice-cold water to remove any buttermilk/liquid content from butter. You can even squeeze in cheesecloth.
6.Wrap in butter paper and refrigerate it. Enjoy the homemade butter.
Notes:
1.You can even use a hand mixer to make the butter
