Homemade Ghee Recipe | How To Make Ghee with Butter

Ghee is nothing but clarified butter, which can be easily made at home.
Yields: 150 ml
Ingredients:
200 Gm Butter
Directions:
1. Take Butter in a thick bottomed pan and melt the butter on low flame. Butter will start spluttering.
2. It will start making foam on top. You can take out the foam and discard and keep cooking on low flame.
3. It will be slowly turning to a clear solution leaving the milk solids at the bottom.
4. When the spluttering of butter stops and milk solids at the bottom turns golden brown and when you can smell the nice aroma of ghee. Switch off.
5. Strain the ghee to separate milk solids collected at the bottom and store it in a glass jar.
6. Keep it at room temperature or once cooled store in the refrigerator for longer use.
