This is the basic recipe which everyone must know and you can alter and base to many more cupcakes and cakes. You can frost with any frostings you like.
These CupCakes are Soft, Fluffy, and Moist. you can bake it quickly whenever you feel like having. It is very easy to prepare with minimal ingredients. Take care not to overbake them as it will turn out dry. Keep checking with a toothpick from 12 Minutes as every oven works differently. If you are frosting allow them to cool completely.

Vanilla CupCakes are classic cupcakes that has an amazing Vanilla flavor and Spongy texture.
Yields: 6 Large CupCakes (8 Medium)
Ingredients:
70 Gm Butter [5 Tbsp]
65 Gm Sugar (granulated )[1/3 Cup]
1 Egg
1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
90 Gm All Purpose Flour (Maida)[3/4 Cup]
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
60 ml Milk [1/4 Cup]
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream the Butter and Sugar until smooth and fluffy.[3 Minutes Approx]
2. Add Egg, Vanilla Extract, and beat again.
3. In another bowl, Sift the dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt)
4. Now Fold in the 1/3 rd of Flour mixture to Wet Mixture.
5. Fold in half of the milk and mix gently.
6. Repeat the Steps 4,5,4.
7. Line the CupCake tray with liners and scoop the Cake Batter equally.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees c for 15-20 minutes or till the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
9. Enjoy Plain CupCakes or Cool it, Frost it and have fun.
